Missouri Citizens Defense League (MOCDL)

MOCDL is a statewide coalition dedicated to the proactive defense and restoration of Second Amendment rights in Missouri. We unite gun owners, enthusiasts, constitutional advocates, FFL licensees, and firearm/ammunition/accessory manufacturers under one coordinated voice — unifying the efforts of smaller groups statewide without interfering with the work they already do. Our Board of Directors is made up of representatives from each member organization and business, ensuring every voice in the coalition has a seat at the table.

What We Do

• Lobby the legislative, judicial, and executive branches of Missouri government to protect and expand Second Amendment rights
• Stay proactive and vigilant against ongoing and emerging threats to gun rights
• Hold regional meetings statewide to strategize and network
• Host an Annual Meeting & Banquet celebrating Missouri’s tradition of firearm ownership
